Production of alternative energies :
The objective of the project:
The project aims to exploit solar energy and wind power in Iraq for the purpose of providing electric power in addition to the introduction of modern technology in Iraq, the project consists of the manufacturing systems of cells, the production of the Exhaust fans and the production of solar heater.
This project is one of the most important projects that contribute to the rational use of electrical energy needed by the country at this stage in addition to this project is a project of industrial sophisticated technology.
The use of these alternative energies can be provided (50-70)% of the consumption of conventional energy (oil, gas, electricity), which is currently scarce because of limitations and sources of increased demand and domestic consumption
Aims at introducing a new industry of the country and modern technology.
The manufacture of generating electricity from clean and widely available (solar energy).
Production capacity:
A -cell systems production ,1000 kW / year or the rate of 20 pieces / day
B -the production of air fans 24000 watt per year
C -the production of solar heater card design (50000)
In the case of the use of a (SKD)
Production of up to (100000) system annually.
A source of raw materials: from certified origin high quality.
Number of working shift: one shift rate of 8 hours per day.
Machinery and equipment: from international companies and approved.
Civil works: the production room is available only in the company needs to achieve qualification for the specialized equipment to set up production lines and synthesis of three projects in which either half of manufacturing production parts are produced in the workshops. This project needs to the area (2000) m ² or about them. It is assumed this area cover the needs of the administration room and work room and storage backup tools and place of rest of employees.
