The State company for electrical industries, one of Ministry of Industry and Minerals Companies , is glad to invite specialists to participate in below tenders :-

In return of fee cost of each tender (as in above mentioned table) I.D un-returnable.

So any who wishes to participate in the above mentioned tender have to visit the headquarter of the company in Baghdad /Wazeriya to bay it and attached with it all the details and conditions bringing with them the following:-

1-     the supplier must present initial insurance amount by cheque amounting (1%) from the total amount of offer by ( Bank Guarantee or letter of guarantee or confirmed  cheque) or Loan bill issued by the Iraqi Government and should be issued by an Iraqi liable Bank otherwise the offer will be neglected .

2-     Offering Tax exemption and personal documents otherwise the offer will be neglected.

3-     The offer received by internet are (rejected) and foreign companies  whch don’t have presentation in Iraq , they have to send their offer by b(DHL)  before the closing date , with all documents .

4-     There will be a conference held to answer all the questions of the participants about the tender before a week of the closing date .

However, last date of receiving offers  will be on 28^rd . March 2010 at 12pm Baghdad local time and any offer come after that date will be neglected. And our company is not obliged to accept the lowest offer and anyone takes the Bid will bear the advertisement cost.
